What are your delivery times?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation email receipt. You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped when your order has shipped.

Can you provide international shipping?

Corsica Scents currently does not offer international shipping.


How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours from your initial shipping notification for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number so we can identify the cause of the delay and remedy the fulfillment issue.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where are your ingredients manufactured and sourced from?

We have searched the globe far and wide to source only the finest ingredients on Earth—some from as far away as Corsica, Australia and Morocco. All Corsica products are hand-made in Indiana.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Corsica believes in taking care of the Earth and all of its natural beauty. By removing water from our products, our innovative containers eliminate the need for large lotion bottles and unnecessary waste in landfills. Our containers and packaging are made from recycled or recyclable materials, and all of our ingredients are sustainably sourced.

Is your packaging recyclable/sustainable? 

We strive to offer packaging that is simple to use while keeping a focus on sustainability. Our packaging is either made from recycled post-consumer materials or is recyclable. We eliminate unnecessary paper, coating, glue and ink in our marketing and packaging materials, as well.

Are your products organic? 

Corsica believes in transparent, clean beauty. We source pure, organic ingredients and all Corsica products are all-natural, meaning they are free of harmful additives like parabens, sulfates, and dyes.

Are your products vegan? 

All of our products are dairy-free and each soap is vegan. Some of our Lotion Bars and Lip Balms contain beeswax, which is an animal-derived ingredient, and therefore not vegan.

Are your products hypoallergenic? 

Our products have not been HRIPT tested, but we use only all-natural ingredients that are suitable for sensitive skin. If you have highly-sensitive skin, we encourage you to test the product on a small part of your skin before applying liberally.

Are your products peanut-free? 


Are your products nut-free?

Corsica is peanut-free, however, some of our products contain coconut oil, and should be considered for those with a tree nut allergy. Our Almond Bar soap also contains ground walnut shells.

Do your products have expiration dates? 

Our products are designed to last, but for optimal moisture and efficacy, we suggest they be used within a year of production.

Will your products melt in warm weather? 

Our products have a high melting point, but it is best to avoid placing them in direct sun or high heat.

Are your products dye-free?

Any color that occurs in our products occurs naturally from our all-natural ingredients.

Do you test on animals? 

We do not test on animals, nor do we source ingredients from partners who do.

Are your products safe for children? 

Our products are safe for all skin types, including delicate and sensitive skin.

Are your products safe for pregnancy? 

Our products are free from ingredients that could be potentially harmful in pregnancy. However, if you are pregnant, please consult your medical provider before using new products.

How do I use a lotion bar? 

Lotion Bars can be used on the face, body and hair to hydrate skin, tame hair, moisturize cuticles, and more. To use, remove cap and twist until the product is visible above the container. Apply directly to face, body or hair for a mess-free, easy application.

Can I use my soap as shampoo? 

Our soaps are designed to create a luxurious, natural lather that is suitable to clean skin and hair alike.

How do I make my soap last longer?

Let your soap air dry in between uses and keep it in an aerated soap dish that allows for drainage.

How do I use the GLOW products? 

All of the GLOW bars contain the same anti-aging ingredients as our lotion bars, as well as natural mica for a luminous color to enhance skin tone. Use on face, lips, and body for an effortless, mess-free application.


What do I need to provide to access the wholesale site?

To create a wholesale account, you will need to provide your business Tax ID and your resale certificate, along with your business contact information.

What products are available wholesale?

All of Corsica Scents’ products are available for wholesale purchase.

Do you have a product catalog?

Once you are logged into the site as an approved wholesale customer, you can find product sales sheets in the Sales Resources section.

Are there order minimums?

There is a $50 minimum for  wholesale orders. You are able to purchase any amount of any product.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping rates apply to wholesale orders based on overall order weight.

Orders greater than $500 will ship for free.

How do I place a wholesale order?

After logging into your Corsica Scents wholesale account, you can add products to your cart and checkout, just like retail online shopping.

What are my payment options?

Electronic payment is preferred (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay). Wholesale customers also have the Net30 payment option.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at so we may replaced the damaged items.

Can I return the product?

With the exception of damaged items, we do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
